Connect - Recruiter Portal:
Recruiters (Third-Party Search) will be able to search for Customers and
Consultants in a similar means that the Customers and Consultants searches
work. One caveat, the Customer and Consultant has to allow themselves to be
searchable by Recruiters. Customers and Consultants that select Recruiter
Invisibility will be displayed in queries with their Locality and Skills Lists,
only.
Independent Connect.US has the mantra to connect the Customer to the
Consultant and we realize that, often, the two parties need a little help from a
Recruiter. That said, Recruiters are encouraged on the site, but at a cost
basis. During the Beta (until a Customer / Consultant threshold is reached) the
fee will be waived.
Recruiters will be able to query Consultants by:
- Skill
- Experience (years of experience)
- Ability (beginner, intermediate or expert)
- Recency (when was the skill used last)
- 'Home' Location‘
- Working’ Localities (licensed to work in which localities)
- Availability
… and will be returned a list of Consultants that fit the Skills with links to
their profiles (providing the Consultant has approved their profile for review
by Recruiters). If the Consultant has not provided access to Recruiters, the
Recruiter will receive a condensed profile without name, personal or contact
information, but will have the option to send a ‘Form Mail’ to the Consultant.
Recruiters will be able to view what skills Customers are looking for. The
query will return the list of Customers that have recently searched Consultants
for specific skills and provide the means to contact them, providing the
Customer wants to be contacted. Customers will have the opportunity to be
completely visible (full contact details), ‘Form Mail’ Only or Completely
Anonymous (City and State only – No Contact Info).
Customers will be able to
view the queries from Recruiters that match the Skills they are searching;
Consultants will only be able to see Recruiter Queries that match skills on
their profile. Queries by Customer and Consultant against Recruiter Searches
will return the full Recruiter’s full contact information.
Customers and
Consults will be able to provide feedback about Recruiters through a Rating
System. Recruiters will be expected to return Calls and Emails from Customers
and Consultants. Recruiters that fall below a ‘to be determined’ rating - may
find their profiles deactivated.
Premium Recruiters can optain a 'higher
ranking' on queries, have a public-facing page (to identify the skills they are
currently looking for) and skill-sensitive Banners (to direct Customers and
Consultants to their web properties).

Recruiters play a valuable part in the matchmaking web - between Customer
and Consultant. Additionally, they will play a valuable part within the
Independent Connect site – matching their Clientele between ICUS’s Customers and
Consultants!
Recruiters attend the site, with a job-finding set of skills. They
venture beyond the Time and Energy limitations other mortals are willing to
pursue.
Recruiters are expected have the experience to hone in on specific
keywords that make Customers, Consultants and their external Clientele a well
weaved web of satisfaction.
Recruiters will be an important aspect of the site; providing suggested
content, tips for matchmaking, search solutions and enriching the statistical
metrics the site will use to identify ‘Most Sought Skills’.
