Connect - Customer Portal:
Customers (the Consultant's Client) will be able to search for their
perfect candidate through the Customer Portal.
After creating a fairly brief profile, agreeing to the Terms of Service and
validating their profile through an email link - Customers will have bird's eye
access to Consultant Profiles, Skill Lists, Experience and Availability.
Costumers will be able query the Consultant database, being able to search
by:

SkillExperience (years of experience)
-
Ability (beginner, intermediate or expert)
-
Recency (when was the skill used last)
-
'Home' Location‘
-
Working’ Localities (licensed to work in which localities)
-
Availability
-
Customer Ratings
... The results of the query will provide a brief subset of Consultants,
the skills and a link to the Consultant's ‘Customer’ profile. The Customer will
be able to make direct contact with Consultants by whichever means the
Consultant has provided (through phone, email or via a hosted web form).
The site will maintain a history of all Customer queries by date.
Consultants and Recruiters will be able to do a Reverse Lookup of the query data
– to view Customers that are looking for their specific skills. Customers can
flag whether they want the Reverse Lookup available to either Consultants or
Recruiters and the level of detail they want to provide back to either the
Consultant or Recruiter. For example, a Customer may want to provide full
contact details to Consultants but only City/State identifiers to Recruiters.
NOTE: Customers are not Recruiters. Any ‘Customer’ recruiting for a third
party will be treated as a Recruiter (see the Recruiter Portal for additional
information). A Customer is considered ‘Direct Hire’. Any other means of
hiring/contracting is considered Recruitment
