IC US is about Keeping Companies Working. Helping those with needs to
reach those with the skills to satisfy those needs!
Independent Consultants have difficulty identifying new Customers. Frankly
– Until their Customer Base is complete, they don’t know who their potential
customers are. Likewise, most Customers have difficulty identifying the
‘bodies’ that can fill their short-term or non-employment services. Thus, most
Consultants fail to identify the Customers that are specifically looking for
their skills, while the Customer shrugs in frustration as they search for the
consultant with a specific skill!
Both the Consultant and the Customer are locked in their own spirals –
failing to touch one end to the other!
Conceptually – Independent Connect has the goal to resolve this company to
company disconnect. By allowing Customers to match skills against Consultants
and Consultants to identify new Customers – both ends of that spiraling drama
come to a close: Customer meets Consultant and Consultant meets Customer.
We are aware that Customers and Consultants do need help reaching touching
both ends of that spiral. In comes the Recruiter! Recruiters are a valuable
connector within the contractor community. By identifying the needed skills and
matching against the available assets – they become the adhesive bond between
Customer and Consultant relations. Recruiters can use ICUS to match skills to
needs and needs to skills within their client base and help move the Workforce
Forward!
We are, VERY Much, Under Construction! We are looking at the dynamics to
match Customers and Consultants and are listening for any feedback!

need! Frankly, it is a roll of the dice just to identify any candidate -
sometimes an eternity!
