The current "Technical Consultant" model uses Recruiters as the
middle-man. This process foregoes the Customer's initial contact with an
Independent Consultant and relies, solely, on the Recruiter to bring candidates front
facing. Without the assistance of a Recruiter – most Customers fail to
find the perfect candidate for the open consulting roles within their
organization.

Behind the scenes we are building the database, profile attributes, search
attributes and security (oh, trying to make it 'pretty' at the same time).
In the next couple mounths the site will be deemed 'ready for business' and
Customers, Consultants and Recruiters can start plugging in their information.

Independent Connect . US allows Consultants to present their skill sets in a Searchable
database – where Customers can direct-contact them, weaning out the middle man and
balancing costs vs. income between those with needs and those that have the
skills to fill the needs.
>In order to make sure that Customers get the most qualified candidate options
– Consultants will be required to have a minimum of three referrals from
organizations they have worked with in the past, provide a skills list (keep it
current bi-annually), provide availability and are expected to work on a 1099
status with a Federal Tax ID.
Higher ranking will be given to Consultants that Professionalize Themselves
by having a website or promotional materials.
Independent Connect . US provides Direct Access to Highly Qualified candidates! Organizations can reduce their costs
through Direct Search and the Independent can 'better' their
rates by going direct — a Win-Win situation for both the company and the client!

Independent Consultants hit Dice, Monster and other Job-Sites ... The
only voice they get to talk to is that of the recruiter.
Worse, One in twenty submissions to Job Sites return a call or email - from anyone. Submission
through the web is Submitting to Failure. The process is broken and needs to be
fixed. Recruiters must be accountable to every submission.

strives to direct Customer to Consultant and targeted recruiting back to the
Recruiter.
